Alexander Valley AVA. Perched high above the valley floor I waited till the storm had pulled out and the clouds were perfect. The scene changed every minute as the clouds dashed across the sky bringing the occasional quick rain then sun. Vineyards cover the hills and cows visit the fence in the foreground.
